STUDIO ASSISTANT INTERN

We are looking for a Studio Assistant Intern to join our new studio in Ladbroke Grove, London.

An opportunity for a motivated self-starter to begin their career in fashion with a new, and quickly growing sustainable label. This role will  be 3 days a week to begin.

THE ROLE: 

• Working closely with the senior team on the day-to-day operations of the business

• Managing day-to-day stock inventory and logging, deliveries and tracking

• Customer liaison as and when required, via telephone and email

• Prepare and package press samples, e-com orders, wholesale orders, fabric deliveries and processing returns

• Assisting with ordering of fabrics and office supplies

• Booking couriers and deliveries

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• General admin and miscellaneous tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Great communication skills

• Willingness to learn

• Positive attitude

• Excellent attention to detail and a drive for quality

• Good working knowledge of Excel and Word

• Reliable and professional at all times

• Proven track record or accuracy and attention to detail (whether in previous employment and/or education)

• Able to thrive working alone and as part of a very small team

PREFERED:

• A creative individual with a genuine interest in fashion, art & sustainability 

• Knowledge of Adobe & photoshop
